01Partnership Requirements
Business profile
- The partner must have a clearly established business entity, such as a villa, hotel, spa, beach club, or similar operation.
- A designated PIC or host must be available for communication with CTech Laundry administration and logistics drivers.
- The operating address must be clear and accessible to collection and delivery vehicles.
Volume, contract, and service schedule
- Partners sign a Cooperation Agreement for a minimum term of 6 months, 12 months, or longer.
- Regular pickup and delivery slots must be agreed. Requests for vehicle collection close at 4:00 PM; motorcycle collection closes at 5:45 PM. Requests outside these times may incur an additional fee.
- Regular laundry takes 2–3 days, express service takes 1 day, and super express service takes 6 hours. Requests below 2 days are treated as express; requests below 1 day are treated as super express.
Linen and operations
- Initial linen registration and counting with the CTech Laundry team is recommended.
- Partners should provide a clean, dry holding area for both soiled and clean linen.
- Linen with extreme stains—such as blood, heavy oil, or harsh chemicals—must be separated and disclosed at collection.
- Spotting and stain-wash treatment will follow the normal production schedule where possible. Special stains may require additional treatment time.
Payment
Partners may agree to monthly or bi-weekly Terms of Payment, or a Pay-per-Drop arrangement.
02Privacy Policy
CTech Laundry is committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of each partner’s business and operational data.
Information we collect
- Company information: property or business name, operating and pickup address, billing details, bank account details, and management identity.
- Representative information: name, telephone or WhatsApp number, email address, and role of the appointed operational contact.
- Transaction and inventory data: linen volume or weight, linen type, wash history, handover inventory records, and payment status.
- Condition records: photographs or videos documenting linen condition at handover, used to verify existing stains or damage.
Use and protection of data
Information is used only for pickup, laundry processing, delivery, invoicing, and official communication. CTech Laundry will not sell, rent, or share partner data with third parties without written consent, except where required by applicable law.
03Service Guarantee, Returns & Re-wash
Partners may return linen for reprocessing at no additional charge when the following requirements are met:
- The linen remains dirty or stained, has an unpleasant odour, or has not been ironed or folded to the agreed standard.
- The claim is submitted within 1×24 hours after the linen is received.
- The delivery order number and photographic or video evidence are provided to CTech Laundry’s Customer Service or PIC.
- The returned linen has not been used by a hotel or villa guest.
04Damage, Loss & Service Compensation
If severe damage or loss is proven to have resulted from CTech Laundry’s operational negligence, the following remedies apply:

Exclusions
CTech Laundry is not responsible for natural deterioration caused by age and normal wear, pre-existing damage or permanent stains, or damage caused by harsh chemicals belonging to the partner, including strong bleach, pool chemicals, or guest hair dye.
05Refund Policy
Cash or bank-transfer refunds apply only when:
- A client has made an overpayment.
- CTech Laundry is unable to provide a prepaid service.
- An approved refund is transferred to the official company or business-owner account within 3–5 business days.
- Routine daily or weekly invoice adjustments are generally issued as a credit note against the following invoice.
06Operational Claims Procedure
- Send the claim through CTech Laundry’s official WhatsApp or email, including the delivery order number, supporting photographs or video, and details of the affected linen type and quantity.
- CTech Laundry Quality Control will verify the internal records within 1×24 hours.
- Once approved, collection for re-wash or the issue of a credit note will be scheduled promptly.
01Persyaratan Kemitraan
Profil usaha
- Mitra harus memiliki badan atau bentuk usaha yang jelas, seperti vila, hotel, spa, beach club, atau usaha sejenis.
- Harus tersedia PIC atau host yang ditunjuk untuk berkomunikasi dengan administrasi dan pengemudi logistik CTech Laundry.
- Alamat operasional harus jelas dan dapat diakses oleh kendaraan penjemputan dan pengantaran.
Volume, kontrak, dan jadwal layanan
- Mitra menandatangani Perjanjian Kerja Sama untuk jangka waktu minimum 6 bulan, 12 bulan, atau lebih.
- Jadwal rutin penjemputan dan pengantaran harus disepakati. Permintaan penjemputan dengan mobil ditutup pukul 16.00; dengan sepeda motor pukul 17.45. Permintaan di luar waktu tersebut dapat dikenakan biaya tambahan.
- Laundry reguler membutuhkan 2–3 hari, layanan express 1 hari, dan super express 6 jam. Permintaan kurang dari 2 hari diperlakukan sebagai express; kurang dari 1 hari sebagai super express.
Linen dan operasional
- Pencatatan dan penghitungan awal linen bersama tim CTech Laundry direkomendasikan.
- Mitra sebaiknya menyediakan area penyimpanan yang bersih dan kering untuk linen kotor maupun linen bersih.
- Linen dengan noda ekstrem—seperti darah, minyak berat, atau bahan kimia keras—harus dipisahkan dan diinformasikan saat penjemputan.
- Proses spotting dan stain wash akan mengikuti jadwal produksi normal jika memungkinkan. Noda khusus dapat memerlukan waktu penanganan tambahan.
Pembayaran
Mitra dapat menyepakati Terms of Payment bulanan atau dua mingguan, maupun sistem Pay-per-Drop.
02Kebijakan Privasi
CTech Laundry berkomitmen menjaga kerahasiaan dan keamanan data usaha serta operasional setiap mitra.
Informasi yang kami kumpulkan
- Informasi perusahaan: nama properti atau usaha, alamat operasional dan penjemputan, informasi penagihan, detail rekening bank, serta identitas manajemen.
- Informasi perwakilan: nama, nomor telepon atau WhatsApp, alamat email, dan jabatan kontak operasional yang ditunjuk.
- Data transaksi dan inventaris: volume atau berat linen, jenis linen, riwayat pencucian, catatan serah-terima inventaris, dan status pembayaran.
- Dokumentasi kondisi: foto atau video kondisi linen saat serah terima untuk memverifikasi noda atau kerusakan yang telah ada.
Penggunaan dan perlindungan data
Informasi hanya digunakan untuk penjemputan, proses laundry, pengantaran, penagihan, dan komunikasi resmi. CTech Laundry tidak akan menjual, menyewakan, atau membagikan data mitra kepada pihak ketiga tanpa persetujuan tertulis, kecuali diwajibkan oleh hukum yang berlaku.
03Jaminan Layanan, Retur & Cuci Ulang
Mitra dapat mengembalikan linen untuk diproses ulang tanpa biaya tambahan apabila memenuhi ketentuan berikut:
- Linen masih kotor atau bernoda, berbau tidak sedap, atau belum disetrika maupun dilipat sesuai standar yang disepakati.
- Klaim diajukan maksimal 1×24 jam setelah linen diterima.
- Nomor surat jalan serta bukti foto atau video disampaikan kepada Customer Service atau PIC CTech Laundry.
- Linen yang dikembalikan belum digunakan oleh tamu hotel atau vila.
04Kompensasi Kerusakan, Kehilangan & Layanan
Apabila kerusakan berat atau kehilangan terbukti terjadi akibat kelalaian operasional CTech Laundry, penyelesaian berikut berlaku:

Pengecualian
CTech Laundry tidak bertanggung jawab atas penurunan kualitas alami karena usia dan pemakaian normal, kerusakan yang telah ada atau noda permanen, maupun kerusakan akibat bahan kimia keras milik mitra, termasuk pemutih kuat, bahan kimia kolam renang, atau pewarna rambut tamu.
05Kebijakan Pengembalian Dana
Pengembalian dana tunai atau melalui transfer bank hanya berlaku apabila:
- Klien melakukan pembayaran berlebih.
- CTech Laundry tidak dapat memberikan layanan yang telah dibayar di muka.
- Pengembalian dana yang disetujui ditransfer ke rekening resmi perusahaan atau pemilik usaha dalam 3–5 hari kerja.
- Penyesuaian tagihan rutin harian atau mingguan umumnya diberikan dalam bentuk nota kredit untuk tagihan berikutnya.
06Prosedur Klaim Operasional
- Kirim klaim melalui WhatsApp atau email resmi CTech Laundry dengan menyertakan nomor surat jalan, foto atau video pendukung, serta rincian jenis dan jumlah linen yang terdampak.
- Quality Control CTech Laundry akan memverifikasi catatan internal dalam waktu 1×24 jam.
- Setelah disetujui, penjemputan untuk cuci ulang atau penerbitan nota kredit akan segera dijadwalkan.
